October 15 Ride Info - Index

Date/Time and Meeting point for the ride.

     Saturday, October 15th, 2011 9:00AM - Bethany Community Church, Seattle     

     I will be in the parking lot at my White Toyota 4Runner with the trunk open. I have a black road bike.

     The plan is to meet at Bethany then carpool up to Index. I would like to leave right at 9AM. If everybody could show up a couple mins before, we can leave right at 9.

Terrain (Flat, Hilly, etc.)

     The ride begins as a rolling country road. It starts to climb steadily. The scenery will be great. Fall colors should be coming in so it has the potential to be very pretty. 

Distance of the ride (Mileage)

     The distance of the ride can be up to 26 miles round trip. We can set a few stops along the way and decide how we are all feeling. Right now the plan is to go to and pedal. We will have breaks and stops, if we decide we want some more distance, we keep going, or we can return and head back to the cars.

Misc. Details for gear/items needed for the ride.

     Bring water, misc. tools and such needed to repair a flat. (Do not worry if you do not have these things. I will go over all of this and will provide assistance with anybody with a flat or mechanical issues with their bikes.
